Business Hours

Darnin Duke Repairs operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
All service timeframes apply only during business hours.

Repair Timeframes

Same-Day Repairs

Same-day repairs must be dropped off no later than 3:00 PM.

  • Items dropped off after 3:00 PM will automatically be reclassified as Next-Day Repairs.
  • Eligibility for same-day service depends on repair complexity and current workload and is determined by the technician.

Next-Day Repairs

  • Items dropped off before 6:00 PM are eligible for next-day service.
  • Items dropped off after 6:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

7-Day Repairs

  • Standard and complex repairs may require up to 7 days.
  • Timeframes may vary based on workload or material availability. Any delays will be communicated.

Booking, Drop-Off & Pick-Up

  • Customers must book a drop-off date and time through the booking system.
  • Pick-up times will be agreed upon directly between the customer and the repair technician.
  • Customers are asked to inspect their repair at pick-up. Concerns must be raised before leaving the premises.
  • Customers are asked to wash and dry their jeans before dropping off for repair, due to hygiene, 

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of drop-off, before any repair work begins.
  • Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Repairs will not begin until payment has been made.

Limitations & Liability

  • Darnin Duke Repairs is not liable for:
    • Pre-existing or hidden damage
    • Further wear or fraying that may occur due to the repair process
    • Colour or material inconsistencies caused by garment age, fading, or wash history
  • Every effort is made for high-quality results, but outcomes depend on the condition of the item.

Refusal of Service

Darnin Duke Repairs reserves the right to refuse service if:

  • The garment is heavily soiled or unhygienic
  • The requested repair is unsuitable, unsafe, or impossible within the chosen timeframe
  • The customer behaves aggressively or refuses to follow these Terms & Conditions

Fair Use of Express Services

  • Express services (same-day/next-day) are intended for reasonable repair requests.
  • Attempts to misuse express services—such as dropping off items shortly before closing—will result in the repair being moved to the next available timeframe.
